These terms govern Bring With accounts and subscriptions. The version you accept is recorded with your account. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
The service and your account
Bring With stores context in collections within personal or Team libraries. You choose what to share using revocable connection links. A connection link is a credential: anyone who receives it may access the sources and permissions you selected. Suggestions require the authorized person's approval before publication.
Use an accurate email address, protect your password and authentication factors, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. You remain responsible for having an appropriate basis to store and share the information you submit. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, or attack the service. We do not acquire ownership of your content; you authorize processing necessary to provide and secure the service.
A Team's owners and authorized members administer its membership and permissions. Team content may belong to the Team's organization. Leaving a Team or deleting a personal account does not automatically delete that organization's content.
Plans, price and payment
Free includes one personal collection. Pro and Team each cost USD 5 per user per month, plus applicable VAT. Pro and Team are separate subscriptions. Team billing covers accepted seats, including the owner. Pending invitations are not billed until acceptance is completed. The checkout shows the applicable tax, discount and full amount before you confirm an order requiring payment.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The checkout and contract confirmation identify the subscription, recurring amount and billing period. You can manage billing and request cancellation from your account. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the provider confirmation says otherwise; access continues for that period. This does not limit a statutory withdrawal, conformity remedy or refund right.
When a Pro subscription becomes inactive, paid access pauses. You can explicitly consolidate the personal library into one collection to resume Free or start a new subscription. An inactive Team subscription pauses Team access. We do not automatically merge collections, delete content or broaden connection permissions because a plan changes.
During Stripe test mode, checkout is a simulation and no real payment is collected. Test subscriptions do not automatically become payable live subscriptions. A switch to real billing requires a new checkout and explicit agreement. Eligible tester benefits may be carried over for the same account and library, with the original timed expiry preserved.
Tester coupons
A free-for-life coupon gives a 100% discount for the lifetime of the subscription on which it is redeemed. Canceling that subscription ends the benefit; the coupon does not promise unlimited redemptions on future subscriptions. A Team coupon covers that Team subscription, including its accepted seats, and does not cover unrelated libraries.
A free-for-a-number-of-months coupon gives a 100% discount until the recorded expiry, calculated in calendar months from the subscription start. At expiry, paid access pauses. You will not automatically be charged because the free period ends. A new paid subscription requires your explicit choice and checkout. A fully free checkout does not require a payment card.
Codes may have a redemption limit or deadline. Deactivating a code stops new redemptions, without removing a benefit already validly redeemed. Your account and confirmation show the applicable benefit and expiry.
Consumer withdrawal
If you are a consumer entitled to the statutory withdrawal right, you may withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days after conclusion without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal function in your account or send an unequivocal statement to our email or postal address above. You can use this wording: 'I withdraw from my Bring With subscription concluded on [date], for account [email]. My name and address are [details]. Date: [date].' A signature is needed only for a paper statement. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
The online function records your declaration when you confirm it and sends an acknowledgement on a durable medium. Receipt of a request is distinct from a refund having been processed. You can contact us if you do not receive the acknowledgement. Ordinary cancellation at the end of a billing period is a separate option.
You may separately request that service begins during the withdrawal period. This does not waive your entire withdrawal right for an ongoing service. If legally applicable, an amount proportionate to service already supplied at your express request may be due. We will explain any such calculation. Where a reimbursement is due, we will make it without undue delay and within the statutory period, no later than 14 days after being informed of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee.
Availability, suspension and ending an account
We aim to provide a reliable service but may need maintenance and security updates. Contact us about failures or missing functionality. Mandatory digital-service conformity rights, remedies and applicable guarantees remain available, including where they apply to a service supplied in exchange for personal data.
We may proportionately restrict access to address unlawful use, security threats or serious breaches of these terms. Where appropriate we will explain the restriction and how to contact us to resolve it. Suspension alone does not cancel a subscription or erase data. Account recovery routes remain available for billing, privacy requests and contacting us.
You can request account deletion from your account. You must separately resolve any Teams you own. We revoke access and resolve outstanding billing before completing erasure. Some records must be kept for legal obligations or claims; our privacy notice explains the limits. Removing a connection stops future access but cannot recall copies already obtained by recipients.
Changes, responsibility and disputes
We will communicate material changes and, where required, seek acceptance or provide a right to end the affected service before they apply. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or agreed benefits. The applicable version and confirmation remain available.
Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. There is no blanket exclusion of refunds or guarantee rights because the service is in testing.
Belgian law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections of the law that otherwise applies in their country of habitual residence. Mandatory rules determining the competent courts remain unaffected. Please first contact us to resolve a complaint. Where applicable, Belgian consumers can contact the Consumer Mediation Service at https://consumerombudsman.be. We do not promise an outcome or imply that all disputes fall within its remit.
For business Team content processed on your behalf, the Team data-processing agreement at /dpa forms part of these terms. Our privacy notice describes processing for our own account, security and billing purposes.
